Fiber Telecom has voluntary adopted the "231 Organization Model" pursuant to Legislative Decree 231/2001 to prevent crimes that could determine the liability of the Company, if the offences are committed in the interest or to the benefit of the organization.
The adoption of the 231 Organization Model is inspired by the values, ethics and the fairness principles that guide all the activities within the organization.
Fiber Telecom S.p.A. has appointed Supervisory Body an external monocratic body equipped with the necessary know-how which, among other tasks, takes care of the updating of 231 Model by submitting to the Board of Directors any changes and/or additions that are necessary in light of regulatory, organizational changes or the outcome of the concrete implementation of 231 Model.
The current version of the 231 Organizational Model of Fiber Telecom S.p.A was adopted by the Company's Board of Directors on 19 December 2023. This new version includes, among others, regulatory innovations which have expanded the catalog of predicate crimes and those relating to whistleblowing (i.e. Legislative Decree 10 March 2023, no. 24 which transposes EU Directive no. 1937/2019). Consequently, all parts of the company's Management and Control Organizational Model have been updated, and its current edition is structured as follows:
